Return and Refund Policy
How to Return an Item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the goods received have an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your return request, we will process it immediately and aim to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If you receive a parcel with a shortage or incorrect item (i.e., an item different from what you ordered), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and provide a photo of the incorrect item. Our customer service team will review your case and provide further instructions on the return process if it is approved.
Conditions for Returning Items
- Only items purchased directly from https://www.natravor.com/ will be eligible for returns. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
- All returned items must be in original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when shipped, and in its original packaging. Items with stains, broken seals, or damaged packaging will not be accepted.
- Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Returns made without a receipt may be refused.
Return Address
Please note that returns should not be sent to the original shipping address. After submitting your return request, we will provide you with the correct return address via email.
Return Shipping Fees
You may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 14 business days. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. For defective products, a full refund will be issued. For non-defective items, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take time for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will be happy to assist you. Please note that a $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the processing charges from our payment processor and credit card provider. This cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, even if requested immediately after the order is placed.
Please be aware that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Shipping Address Clarification
Please do NOT send returns to the original shipping address. We will provide the correct return address after your request is submitted. The return address will be shared via email upon submission of the return request.
Return Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee, but customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased from retailers, incorrect items purchased, and damaged products due to customer mishandling are non-returnable. Returns without a receipt will be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team to initiate the return process. Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the defective or incorrect product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact phone number
In some cases, a photo or video of the defective product may be required to process the refund or replacement.
